Celebrate Mother’s Day with a heart-opening slow flow yoga class, honoring mothers and mother figures in our lives.
Come solo or with someone special and enjoy a reflective, gentle practice to reconnect with your heart space.

Each guest will receive a tulip in honor of my beloved mother’s favorite flower, along with a soothing cup of butterfly pea and rose tea.

All proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society in her memory.
Flow with love, gratitude, and intention.
