Experience a guided free-expression dance meditation to integrate the enlightening energies of the Summer Solstice! Karen Ann’s guides will bring forth visualizations and activations through a channeled meditation during a curated music set. Begin with a gentle yogasana and pranayama warm-up; move into individualized ecstatic dance; and relax within a sacred sound bath led by Lisa Maria. Receive healing energetics and crystal bowl sound frequencies. Complete the experience by enjoying a rose tea ceremony and creating an intention reminder art card to integrate the frequencies of the Summer season of light and joy!
