I discovered my fiery zeal for birth at age 17. I knew that a treasured goal, for my life, was to bear witness to and uplift those who were experiencing pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum.Feeling called to serve those in my community, I became a DONA Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Certified Lactation Counselor.  I use my education to specialize in Prenatal and Postpartum education as well as comfort measures in labor and general lactation support. I am a wife, a mother of five and grandmother to 9 beautiful children. My goal is to extend my love for my family into my community so that my clients feel empowered, educated & supported during their journey into motherhood.  Birth work is my life, my joy and I not only embrace it wholeheartedly but fervently love it! As our relationship with each other grows, it is my hope that we will begin as strangers but quickly become family!
