60 MIN Join Sheila for a reset for reconnecting. Amalgamating you back to YOU through movement practices drawn from the Hatha Yoga tradition and the Yin Yoga and Qigong traditions based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine teachings. We move, we play, we breathe, we hold stillness. There is often a sprinkling of poetry and story.
Your weekly classes will strengthen mobility, cultivate balance, enhance your immune system, calm the mind and increase your resilience and creativity. These classes are appropriate for all levels.

Candlelit Yin + Reiki w/Brett

60 MIN This class will incorporate gentle, restorative, yin yoga. This is a slow style of yoga, that will incorporate the use of props to enhance and deepen the experience. Restorative yoga helps balance the mind, body, and soul. Restorative yoga has proven to release tension, stress and anxiety and improve the immune and nervous systems. Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia. This is a great option to help unwind from new workouts or strenuous activity and help release any stress or tightness that has been hanging on for a long time!

Open Studio Time - Chill
Monday, Tuesday, Friday 2:00 - 4:00PM
No instructor, no class, just YOU. Twice a week we will open the doors to the Gathering Space for anyone to come in. Take time to recharge, reset and have a moment to be. Grab a mat, a blanket, cup of tea or coffee, whatever makes you comfortable, and settle in. Stay for 5 minutes or the entire two hours. Whatever works for you. Let the magic of this space be your medicine. No signup needed. $5 when you arrive (card, venmo or cash accepted). Come as you are. See you soon!

60MIN Join me for the ultimate fusion of VINYASA FLOW and YIN YOGA! Immerse yourself in your practice as we flow through dynamic and mindful yoga sequences linking movement and breath. We'll weave in some intentional longer holds to balance out our practice. Classes may be candlelit, and will include a carefully curated playlist to enhance your experience. 60MIN Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation. It is a unique combination of deep relaxation and alert awareness that rejuvenates and renews both the physical body and the mind.
As the body rests, you are guided through seven stages of relaxation. Your brain rhythms will drop into the alpha/theta state, where you ease into deep silence.
This is a state of balance and oneness, where you can tap into creative powers beyond the ego-mind and have access to healing on a physical, mental and emotional plane.
A beautiful and profound practice for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.

60 MIN - This class will incorporate gentle yoga, yin yoga, trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques.
This class is a slow-paced style of yoga that incorporates deep holds and stretches. This is the key to what makes Yin different than other styles of yoga. Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia. This is a great option to help unwind from new workouts or strenuous activity and help release any stress or tightness that has been hanging on for a long time."

This class will incorporate 4-6 restful poses, in this slow yoga style that involves long passive holds. Come rest and restore as we balance the mind and body. All ages welcome. (Please bring your own props if you have them, limited props for use. Not heated)

Mindfulness Meditation Group w/ Mallory & Shifra

60 MIN This class centers on a 20-minute silent meditation. The class will begin with a 10-15 minute gentle yoga/stretching sequence to release tension and relax the physical body, followed by a mindfulness teaching. The group will then be invited to sit in silence. Following the meditation, attendees will be invited (optional) to share and ask questions related to their mindfulness practice. This community class is donation based.

60 MIN Designed to cultivate internal awareness, playful expression, and self-connection for practitioners of all levels, this class will encourage tying movement to breath, balance strength building with openness, and hold space for self-study. We will move fluidly between postures in the vinyasa style while exploring principles inspired by other methodologies, and I will provide variations for every pose so you can make the practice your own. Students are encouraged to bring a gentle eye covering for savasana; other props will be available on-site. Each practice will conclude with a meditation.
