Amalgamating you back to YOU through movement practices drawn from the Hatha Yoga tradition and the Yin Yoga and Qigong traditions based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine teachings. We move, we play, we breathe, we hold stillness. There is often a sprinkling of poetry and story.
Your weekly classes will strengthen mobility, cultivate balance, enhance your immune system, calm the mind and increase your resilience and creativity. These classes are appropriate for all levels.

Candlelit Yin + Reiki w/Brett

60 MIN This class will incorporate gentle, restorative, yin yoga. This is a slow style of yoga, that will incorporate the use of props to enhance and deepen the experience. Restorative yoga helps balance the mind, body, and soul. Restorative yoga has proven to release tension, stress and anxiety and improve the immune and nervous systems. Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia. This is a great option to help unwind from new workouts or strenuous activity and help release any stress or tightness that has been hanging on for a long time!

60 MIN Gentle, deeply intentional yoga flow that encourages a slower way of being. With a good mixture of both seated and standing postures, this class flows from pose to pose, savoring pockets of slowness along the way. Intentional cues, longer-held postures, and deep stretches will leave you feeling both grounded and open.
Suitable for all levels.

This class will incorporate 4-6 restful poses, in this slow yoga style that involves long passive holds. Come rest and restore as we balance the mind and body. All ages welcome. 30 MIN Guided group session is designed to help you reset your nervous system, release built-up stress, and return to a more calm, grounded state.
You’ll be gently guided into a relaxed, meditative state while receiving intuitive energy healing to support emotional balance, clear stagnant energy, and reconnect you to your natural sense of clarity and well-being.
This is the same style of energy work I use in my private sessions, offered in a group setting.
This work is rooted in quantum healing, meaning we’re working beyond just the mind—supporting shifts in your energy, body, and nervous system at a deeper level.
No experience is needed. You don’t have to “do” anything—just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.
Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.

Flow Into Peace w/Camille

60 MIN Flow Into Peace, candlelit practice blending slow vinyasa and yin yoga, gently supported by sound instruments and Reiki energy. Each class is intuitively curated, from the sequence to the music, allowing the practice to meet the energy of the room and support each student where they are.
This Thursday evening offering is an invitation to slow down, release tension, and settle into deeper rest. All are welcome, no prior experience needed. Reiki is ALWAYS optional. This class is open to every body and offered as you are!

60MIN Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation. It is a unique combination of deep relaxation and alert awareness that rejuvenates and renews both the physical body and the mind.
As the body rests, you are guided through seven stages of relaxation. Your brain rhythms will drop into the alpha/theta state, where you ease into deep silence.
This is a state of balance and oneness, where you can tap into creative powers beyond the ego-mind and have access to healing on a physical, mental and emotional plane.
A beautiful and profound practice for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
