Carlily DeBiase

Hi I’m Carlily, a Leo sun, Capricorn moon, and Libra rising. I grew up in Rochester and then I went to Syracuse University to receive my BS in Nutrition and Dietetics followed by getting my MS in Nutrition Science at The Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University in Boston MA. Along the way I received my 200 hour YTT certificate at Midtown athletic club in January 2023, I then received my Reiki Master certificate online through Omology in August 2024. Since the summer of 2022 I’ve worked closely with Teagan West “The Altar of Stars” doing astrology, ancestor healing and an Ayurvedic mentorship. This past March 2026 I went to Costa Rica learning about Elemental Herbalism and sustainable living. I have now created my own practice that blends all that I have been taught, I teach yoga classes, I offer reiki session and I work 1:1 with individuals on their nutrition and lifestyle with an energetic and elemental prospective.
