Originally from Rhode Island, Brianna is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with a passion for expanding access to yoga and creating inclusive spaces for all bodies and backgrounds through movement and community. She completed vinyasa training in Ubud, Bali, where she cultivated a deep appreciation for the connection between mindful flow, breath, and our surroundings. Bridging science, through a foundation of medicine, and movement - she approaches yoga through a wellness-focused lens, blending her clinical knowledge with the healing and grounding elements of the practice.
